Paediatric Feeding & Fussy Eating Support

Initial Feeding Assessment

Approx. 60 minutes

review of reports/NDIS goals

Ongoing Feeding Therapy sessions

Approx 30 minutes - 1 hour depending on intervention
Charged at $188/hour

NDIS Services

Session lengths and pricing may vary depending on individual support needs, travel, communication with care teams and reporting requirements. Fees are aligned with the current NDIS Pricing Arrangements. Please select NDIS consultation when booking. We are currently accepting self managed or plan managed participants.

* Medicare Rebates

Medicare rebates availiable for clients with an Enhanced Primary Care (EPC) plan or a Chronic Disease Management Plan (CDM) from your GP. Please discuss with GP prior to booking. For eligible patients who have met the Safety Net Threshold may receive additional rebates.

Medicare Rebates can be processed at time of payment.

Private Health Insurance Rebate

The amount you can claim depends on your level of cover and your insurer.

Most private health insurance rebates can be processed at time of payment. See here for a list of participating health funds.

Where private health rebates are not able to be processed at time of payment, a receipt will be provided for you to provide to your health fund for claiming.

Payment Methods

An invoice will be sent to your provided email address after your appointment. You can use the secure "Pay Now" link that uses Tyro Health Online to process the credit card payment or alternatively, we accept bank transfer.

Full Payment is required by COB on day of the appointment.

Cancellation Policy

We understand things arise from time to time and there may be a need for you to cancel or reschedule your appointment. We will do our best to accommodate any changes, however we ask that you provide 48 hours notice to any changes or cancellations. Appointments changed or cancelled less than 48 hours before the time of the appointment may incur a charge.
